Apple had given this statement that its iPhone 6 and 6 plus are still available to purchase in China after the Chinese company had blamed Apple that they had breach the patent held by it. After the Chinese property regulators had barred the sales of the iPhone in the Chinese market on the breaching of the patent held by the Chinese manufacturers, iPhone in China are still available in the market.

In the statement given by Apple on Friday they mentioned that, they made the request to the region’s patent tribunal and in the result the order stayed pending review last month through Beijing IP court. Apple had appealed for the administrative order. On May 19th, 2016 on the government website of China, they had posted notice. In the notice ban on selling certain products of the iPhone was mentioned.
To Apple in Chinese Market is important as there is much more sales then any other country after United States. As iPhone are manufactured in China, people their prefer to use iPhone and that is why if iPhone had to pack up from the Chinese Market then it had to bear loss.
