When it comes to.astronauts their job requires to work in that situation where they can’t meet their friends or families, and such type of conditions can make someone depressed. Recently a Canadian astronaut named David Saint-Jacques shared his experience about living in space by live broadcasting from the international space station. David said that the problem with living in the space is more psychological than a physical one because living the same type of life will make someone depressed about themselves. Space living might sound astonished to ordinary people, but in reality, it’s not because a person will have to suffer from lots of stressful situations where they won’t find anyone close to their heart. The Canadian space agency wants people to know the real struggles which every astronaut faces while doing their jobs. In a recent health study, it’s been found that astronauts face lots of brain issues because of space exploration.
Some renowned scientists think that problems relating to weightlessness, psychological isolation which every astronaut faces shall be studied carefully. A former Canadian astronaut Robert Thirsk said that whenever astronauts go into any mission, it creates more problems for them. One of the significant issues which every space traveler faces is the problem of isolation because living far far away from your home will eventually make you go crazy and you won’t be able to make correct decisions if you’re not mentally healthy. However, astronauts will always be with some of their colleagues but spending too much time with the same type of people will also make them depressed. It’s hard for every astronaut to go and complete their mission and big space corporations will have to take significant steps to make sure that they’re mentally fit.
