In the USA the leading cause of death is cardiac arrest, and in all textbooks, it’s been written that the most common time to get a cardiac arrest is early morning. However, this theory might be changing because according to a recent health study done by some researchers it’s been found that those many people are getting a cardiac arrest in the afternoon. There are various aspects to this fact, and one of them is data which the researcher studied because the health experts have observed more than 2631 cases of sudden cardiac arrest. Out of all these cases, it’s been found that in more than 31.6 percent incidents the patients had faced the sudden cardiac arrest in the afternoon, only 13.1 percent people got it in the early morning, 27.6 % in the morning and 26.9 % in the evening.
The researcher carefully studied those patients only who had sudden cardiac arrest and not those who had a heart attack since both are different. However, there are no significant reasons found by these researchers behind changing the peak time of cardiac arrest but some are believing this could be because of the treatment for cardiac arrest is changing, and many people can now observe its symptoms early. Some think this could be because of the way people’s way of working has changed as compared to the last one or two decades.
Now the working schedule and stress level has changed a lot which could be the reason why nowadays people are getting a sudden cardiac arrest in the afternoon or evening. Some peoples are saying that the new technology might play the vital part in deciding the peak time for getting a cardiac arrest.
